Nicolas Reuland is a Dublin based photographer who mostly shoots his world in elegant monochrome. While he confesses to seeing in monochrome and shooting monochrome in-camera, he likes to point out that the reason behind this style of photography is actually a simple, pragmatic one.

"The dreary Irish weather, the Great Desaturator, forces you to see things in shades of grey. Seeing things in mono is not a gift. It is a curse."
